Personal development is lifelong process through which people develop their knowledge and skill for achieving their goals. It is important for the people to deal with different aspects in their professional and personal life well-organised manner. Through personal development people can develop their skill, physical as well as psychological ability, decision making ability and problem-solving skill.

Through this report, it is possible for me to develop my reflection about the activities that I have done during the semester and what I have actual gained through learning and analysing the topics in the semester. In this regard, Gibb’s reflective model is utilised here for developing my understanding and reflect my own activities through the semesters.

Reflective on personal experience and understanding is beneficial for the individual to understand, describe and analyse the personal strengths and abilities which will provide a scope to the individuals to develop personal planning for professional development so that the individual can achieve success sin the professional career (Almatrooshi, Singh, and Farouk, 2016).

Personality is one of the main factors in formation of an effective group where there are different theories such as Mayer Briggs 16 personality and Belbin personality through which it is possible to understand different personalities which contribute in successful group formation.

Reflecting personal experience and understanding is effective for the employee who tries to reflect on the experience gathered during the coursework so that it is possible to analyse the situation and develop proper action plan for future development (Kamal, Ward and Cornwell, 2017). Through proper reflection and analysis or evaluation, it is possible for the individual to create proper planning for personal and professional development.
