The purpose of this case study is to in depth analysis of the process of architecture and construction projects identifying an architect and contract administrator’s role and responsibilities from beginning to a finish product. This case study focuses on few important documents (that are in use within architecture and construction industries analysing against below projects) including RIBA Appointment documents,
